    Newbe question

Welcome to the forum. Good question. I think 6zfshdb has your answer. Another alternative is a new handlebar. There are lots of them out there and not very expensive. Again you would have to make sure the cables will reach ok. I did this with my bike and it made it so much more comfortable.

    Hello, E-bikers!

Welcome to the place where you'll find most of your answers. You have a great bike and with basic care it will last a long time. If you are mechanically inclined good or get it serviced at a LBS. 1.7 miles is a very short ride for your bike and you don't have to baby it. Just enjoy it.

    Hello

Yep.. here you can ask anything. Great place with lots of help. Deciding on your first ebike is the hardest decision you'll make. So many choices it's an easy way to get a headache. Trust me.. I know. Ebikes are a game changer and totally a new experience! Welcome and hope you find your ride.

Controller Adjustments for LMT’D w/ Torque Sensor

Because this is my first ebike and torque sensor I didn't know what to expect. As I ride it more I seem to notice the operation of controller less. I still only use pass 1 or 2 which seems plenty here on pretty much flat ground. New handlebars make a big difference. By accident they are the same...

Controller Adjustments for LMT’D w/ Torque Sensor

That's what I saw in the display video that R1U has about the sensitivity setting. Well.. we tried. Did you contact R1U about this?

Controller Adjustments for LMT’D w/ Torque Sensor

Here's a link to your question from R1U eBike Owners facebook page. I don't have facebook so I can't read the answer but hopefully you can. https://www.facebook.com/groups/264729534163214/posts/831863954116433/

Controller Adjustments for LMT’D w/ Torque Sensor

That is set by R1U. There were a number of changes to the controller in it's final version. One was the slower ramping of the PAS. People were complaining it was to fast. The other was the delay when you stop pedaling. I can't remember where I saw that from. It might have been from an interview...

    weather forecast

As a kid we use to rig up a sail with our jackets and try to go up some of the small hills. It worked until we crashed. :) We called the high winds "Gale's". They were pretty strong as I can remember and extremely hard to pedal against. Fun things kids do....
