As far as I know there is no real great venue for selling/buying/trading used ebikes online, this could be awesome if it takes off. The UI looks pretty good from what I can see.

I would say yes usually, but the Lectric XP has an internal frame battery, which would not have this issue.

Usually this only happens if there was moisture on the charger plug or in the charge port. Then when you plug it in under these conditions usually there will be an arc of electricity that will burn components.

some bike 'mechanics' should not be mechanics at all.

I use Muc Off Waterless Wash and its great, it gets an awesome shine and a wax like coating which keeps dust and dirt off surfaces much longer which makes everything cleaner. All you have to do is spray it on, leave it on for a bit, and wipe off. Simple stuff.

Id go for the kryptonite, I have a ulock and chain both kryptonite, they are both awesome and are great security. Kryptonite locks all come with a free 1 year theft insurance, you just have to register your bike and lock properly after purchase. Depending on what model lock, the higher stronger...

Another cool little folder to check out is Qualisports ebikes They have smaller 16" folders that are awesome...I had the bigger 20" Qualisports Dolphin, I loved it, I guess other people did too as it got stolen within a month getting it. I was a ebike newb at the time and used a cable lock :/

Check out the Jetson Bolt Pro if they ever come back at Costco, great little ebike for 300 bucks. Great 14" folding handlebar ebike, tops out at around 15mph but its plenty fast for a little thing like that.

There are many tail lights that are available for purchase on Amazon that have a brake stop light feature...when it senses that you have pressed on the brake, the tail light will turn on. They are mostly externally battery powered and are rechargeable, which I think is better than hooking it up...

It sounds like the motor is reverberating with the frame at that specific RPM, because of the symptoms described, if avoiding those power ranges of 10-18mph it will alleviate itself. My XP does the same thing around those speeds, the motor/spokes/rim/frame will make sort of a humming noise.

There is a heavy duty bike stand that is capable of 110lbs available for purchase on Amazon, I have not tested this stand myself but I am pretty interested in one.

Walk mode can only be engaged when the Lectric is not moving. Otherwise it will activate cruise control if you try to engage it while moving.
