    it's under direct sunlight for 3 - 4 hrs, the sun moves away from that area in the afternoon.

    I didn’t go to the giant Toronto due to the covid19 stay home warning. However I was able to fix it by connect my bike with my android tablet. (My bike was connected to my iPhone previously) It did the firmware update and I was able to connect it back with my iPhone

    I have the same problem on my giant explore e3, will bring it to my local dealer to have a look. Basically I tried u install the app and remove the bike from my iPhone’s Bluetooth list. Still no luck

    I notice some of your e3 have all cables routed through the left frame hole and the right frame hole is left as-is. I think this is better, less debris go inside the frame. My dealer routed the cable that connect to the ride one control module via the right hole.

    I live in Toronto, and they put a lot of road salt on the road... I applied some rustcheck stuff on the bolts and screws, let's see how that works. I just can't stand the subway, so i will try to commute with my ebike as much as I can this winter.
