I didn’t go to the giant Toronto due to the covid19 stay home warning. However I was able to fix it by connect my bike with my android tablet. (My bike was connected to my iPhone previously) It did the firmware update and I was able to connect it back with my iPhone

I have the same problem on my giant explore e3, will bring it to my local dealer to have a look. Basically I tried u install the app and remove the bike from my iPhone’s Bluetooth list. Still no luck

I notice some of your e3 have all cables routed through the left frame hole and the right frame hole is left as-is. I think this is better, less debris go inside the frame. My dealer routed the cable that connect to the ride one control module via the right hole.

the weather is so nice today in Toronto, so i took my 19 Explore E 3 out for a spin. Everything is stock, except I added the model-specific rear rack to my bike.

I live in Toronto, and they put a lot of road salt on the road... I applied some rustcheck stuff on the bolts and screws, let's see how that works. I just can't stand the subway, so i will try to commute with my ebike as much as I can this winter.

hi there, I see you ride your bike in the winter, any tips of how to deal with those road salts? Do you wash your bike often or apply grease on all parts that are subject to rust?
