    Thinner Tires on ST1

No you don't need to change the rims. You can put on any 26" tire that you find substantial enough for your bike. If you have the model with the front suspension I imagine you can afford to go a bit narrower before the road bumps kill your wrists. I was going to change mine immediately but...

    Faster Charging?

Safest bet is probably to buy an extra battery and not risk any explosions. But I have to say my neo batteries all seemed to charge within 2-4 hours, both 9's and 12's

    City kit on st2

It's pretty easy to remove, though not sure if necessary for cleaning.

Mounting LoudBicycle.com Car Horn on ST2

You're right that cheaper one does have terrible reviews. I only included it because it showed up as a similar item to the Hornit and the point I was making was there are options that don't need routing wires all over the bike or changing the stem.

eflow looks better than I thought

It looks fine to me raised or lowered. What ends up being a problem though is that the battery is so wide that it can end up obnoxiously poking into the thigh muscles when pedaling as it does for me.

Mounting LoudBicycle.com Car Horn on ST2

It's just too big and bulky in in my opinion. I would go with something like these instead if I were inclined to get a obnoxiously loud horn...

    Burley Attachment points

Ok I see the problem now, the axle skewer ends up -a 2 millimeter thickness of a Burley mount- shy of being threaded in all the way. So your best solution is to take the kickstand plate, assuming you don't use the kickstand, and grind down the extra width of the ridge where the kickstand bolt...

    ST1 Drivetrain upgrade?

So it was just barely possible to fit the ten speed freewheel and crankset on the bike but they did fit. I should look for a smaller freewheel spacer to allow more clearance between the torque plate and the chain, and if I can find one, a 10 speed crankset with a slightly longer axle so the...

    Burley Attachment points

The Burly universal mount fits most bikes with a standard axles. It was very easy to drill the hole slightly bigger to fit e bike axles. I can't remember off the top of my head what the Haibike axle fasteners look like right now but if they are not suitable for the Burley mount I'm sure I...

    Selling Price?

You have a Platinum, the Elite has no shifting in the front. I would try selling it at $2600 since that's just below what any dealer will charge for one.

    Stromer battery maintenance

I believe the recommendation is to charge after every ride so it is full for the next ride. I translate that to mean if it's below 90% charge it. Yes I bought an elite battery and use it in the platinum to keep from having to wait for a charge.

    ST1 Drivetrain upgrade?

An upgrade in functionality. The ST1 Platinum I just bought for my wife had a defective freewheel and crankset. The freewheel was wobbly and very noisy, I already replaced it with a spare one sitting in the shop. In the front, the middle chainring keeps losing the chain. The chain falls off...

    lock st2

No, but I do wish they had that function. The only option currently is to put it in theft mode, which is only useful after a bike has been stolen. Maybe it's something they can add in future software upgrades.

Is the Nitro Race available in the US? I thought it was not

Is there a dongle for the Evo Race?

The top speed depends on your assist level. In eco mode it's about 20mph and in boost mode it's 25mph. I always rode in the eco mode but since both my neo Carbon and neo Race had narrow tires, I was able to maintain (with vigorous pedaling) speeds between 24 and 27 mph any time I wasn't...

    ST1 Drivetrain upgrade?

Hey has anyone else here upgraded an ST1 Platinum to a 10 speed? Is it even possible to fit a 10 speed freewheel on this hub? I am just going to order a 10 speed freewheel and try it of course.
