It's could be 2 things you either need a derailleur adjustment or a new chain or both, use chain measure tool, to see if your chain is stretch or not .05 to.07 is good any higher you need a new chain, and then check your derailleur up and down adjustment you have two screws on the derailleur one...

i thought the rack and fender are one unite, I did not know you could remove the rack and keep the fender, I would like to due the opposit remove the fender but keep the rack and the light, any sujestions on Vado Sl. TIA

I have NV base and it works great, you can buy some tie downs just in case, and strap the front down, I have never had problem with my bikes and the rack but when I head up to the mountains long distance, I strap them just in case.
