Hey Stefan, It was the display that caused the bike not to respond. Though, it was replaced by them for free as it was under warranty. Some respite at the end... 😊

Thanks for looking into this :) I’ll wait for them to reply back with what exactly is the problem and then will decide accordingly. can I ask them to get the bike replaced rather then fixing the same piece and considering its just within 1 month that this had happened ?
