I personally wouldn’t buy from a UK retailer as you are paying for staff wages, insurance, advertising, rent, storage etc. Buy direct via alibaba and get a much better specification bike for less than half the price.

Thank you for this great information as I was originally looking at purchasing a Frey bike but this model seems so much better value with the batteries and much more fun with the internal gears as I hate the derailleur and chain system as it seems so old fashioned. Just a couple of questions...
