Hi Hoppy, no issues with the battery's ran many miles through on both bikes (Rook & Shred)...very happy with the purchases, also love the chargers I bought from the same company.

We did a test with my wife’s Rook bike with a new battery that I purchased from Susie 20.4 AH, rode on level 2 assist with a good mix of hills and got a whopping 180.1 KM per full charge and 1 bar still showing...very happy with that. Regards Robert.

Hi Dan, with the new 13.6AH Shred battery I purchased from Susie I got 91KM on a full charge with level 2 assist and 1 bar showing.

Test results on the Shred bike with the new 13.6 AH battery. We did the same kind of riding as the previous test, level 2 assist at all times, climbed up hills with a 6% grade, rode on rolling hills and a mix of flat pavement...a whopping 91.6KM with a full charge and 1 bar still showing.

When giving Susie at the factory the measurements she wants to know the length of the battery mounting hardware on your frame, from the outside of the plastic on both ends.

To clarify battery's. I own two Surface 604 bikes and had ordered two new battery's as extra back-ups more than anything. The stock Rook battery is a longer battery then a stock Shred and the description on my packing slip for the Rook says it is a Reention Dorado Max 48V 20.4AH 500W. Again...

I’m expecting and hoping for 30% more range but will confirm that after full testing.

No problem with shipping to Canada...I was a bit nervous at first to see how it would all play out to be honest but I took a gamble on it. This company I bought through made it clear that the duty, brokerage and delivery was all included to my door...low and behold it was exactly that...awesome...
