That particular line is so strange to me because my immediate first move after buying the Cypress is going to be to put a more curved handlebar on it— and that’s a modification. Like don’t people modify their bike every time they take it into a shop? Ugh.

I must say… the exclusions section of the Giant warranty don’t have me hopeful:
