i have a 2019 explore and bought a side load nenegypak500 on fb marketplace. As his bike was stolen. Too bad you are in the USA , else I could sell you my enegypak 400 which only has 51 cycles and a health of 94%

this is interesting, the replacement battery have both the cell and further processing in China. Maybe the 500 capacity is made in China and the 400 version is made in Japan (the cell)

Ya, i recalled the chain would fall off the crank, so i had to carry a couple plastic gloves with me at all time. I also went through 2 chains in less than 3 yrs (around 3.5k km, i m on my 3rd chain now) so far the fall off issue seem to have been resolved, knock on wood. Let see what happens...
