    Tandem E-Bike

I don't know what they cost, or how many people actually using them, but I stopped in our pedigo dealer in peninsula, ohio and saw that they were renting tandems. I was rather surprised

Have you ever apologized for other bikers behavior

Had my first long bike ride of the season, as my varia indicated a group of spandex riders coming up behind me. We were on a very narrow road no edge lines lots of turns lots of little hills lots of blind hills, a van was behind us patiently waiting to get past these blind spots The lead bikers...

ebike prices, some good deals recently

So true! I realize pedagos are on the expensive side, but my city commuter Platinum was the price of my fridge, dishwasher and oven! Now I'm debating second battery for some longer trips this summer and realize I could buy a new bike for the price of just the battery!

Finally got a rack but have questions about ebike transport.

Good point about the lights. Also in many states now they're cracking down on invisible license plates. Consider getting a license plate holder for your bike rack and make sure it has lights cuz that's a part of legality too. Thule makes a great license plate holder with a two socket license...

Finally got a rack but have questions about ebike transport.

Definitely want to take the battery off for transport. I do the same as above, trash bag over the battery case to protect the contacts again no battery in it. Then put a baggie over the controller

So what's your other hobbies or interests?

My time killing hobby, besides biking of course, used to be crocheting, but my carpal tunnel is too bad so now I just watch TV or force myself to go outside and geocache.

    Potholes.

Here in the States everything is looked at for capitalist gains, and road repair brings no direct revenue to anybody so very low on the priorities for most. And the big businesses that would benefit like trucking companies are shielded from taxes to help pay for such things too. At least that's...

OTET (Ohio to Erie Trail - Ohio River in Cincinnati to Lake Erie in Cleveland)

I've heard a number of people comment great things about the gap. I've had the Boston bridge trail access highlighted on my places to go for 2 years now hoping by the end of the year I'll be able to start it. But have to do my buckeye trail first 😁

OTET (Ohio to Erie Trail - Ohio River in Cincinnati to Lake Erie in Cleveland)

Check out this link https://www.ohiotoerietrail.org/ You can get maps and ideas for where to stay. And I suggested trail links is a great source. Just remember when using traillink that the trail is a combination of a multitude of county Metro Park trails and other trails and some roads, so...

Why are page numbers only at the bottom?

The reptilian overlords insist on page number locations. If we don't follow their edicts, we will violate their treaty, and they will invade. So please don't rock the boat!

It is funny how his followers agree with him on the NATO stance, but forget all of the contractors and lawyers and various others that he didnt pay.

Horn, Bell or Voice, how to warn others of your presence and intentions

Another good question is how many of you are annoying like me that when someone passes you on the left without giving any sort of notice will shout at them "pased on your right" loud enough to make sure they heard me

    Just for fun...

But unfortunately very easy to manipulate most people. Just bombard them with the same garbage-message over and over and they tend to start believing that garbage.

To the "Karens", and the "Carls" out there😂 Those riding dirty too.

Both of the last two comments make you wonder if it's more just a psychological effect of style of prestige of containers and presentation that it is actually any difference of the wine and therefore you put it in a fancy bottle or a fancy cup at a restaurant you can charge more because they...

Carrying Spare Pedego Rear Rack Batteries

I have the convertible bag also. Had to give it up because it made my city commuter far too top heavy. Actually tipped over a couple of times getting on and off the bike. But I do have their premiers and I do love them but yes they are expensive

To the "Karens", and the "Carls" out there😂 Those riding dirty too.

I like how the first phrase and well regulated militia being necessary. Many many many many places in the early foundings limited gun access to people. There were cities even in the great gun state of Texas where your guns were locked up in a communal location in case they were needed for...

    ebike communications protocol

Communications protocol? Well typically the controller sends out a signal. If the receiver is in the mood, it'll give it a clue that it's in the mood, like maybe a wink or a smile. Then the controller continues communicating through gesturing of offering to buy dinner, or exchange USB drives...

Total e-bike ban after a fatality in Key Biscayne, FLA

it might be true that people die every day from avoidable accidents. but to go back to an old movie, the joker rightly pointed out that expected deaths we just ignore. but when something unique and extraordinary happens we all freak out. as a result the normal kid gets hit by a normal bike...
