That is anecdotal. 750w is the same weather throttle is actuated by a thumb or by pedals. Maybe you are seeing 1000w or higher bikes? Class 4 is suppose to be mopped class. A gas moped has 49cc and 2.5 hp. Doesn't seem fair to equate a 1 hp electric to the same class.

PS. Downpour effects on equipment: Falco Motor - no issue. Falco Dolphin 48V battery - no issue Cycle Analyst - took in some moisture, panel a little cloudy, left button stopped working. Falco Throttle - started to stick when fully pressed. Needs some lube. Lights - no effect.

You should be able to get into cruise mode by depressing + and - buttons at the same time. Don't wear gloves. :) If you use the new GUI with an updated firmware package, it has a 20+ mph option for max speed.
