    Trailer mount Stromer ST2

This afternoon I mounted the trailer bracket kit to the back of the ST2. Zero directions are included with the kit. However, it is fairly straightforward to mount the plates. If you've never removed the back wheel I'd encourage you to do so when you have some time. If you're beside the...

    Removing front shifter

Has anyone here removed their front derailleur and shifter from a Stromer? I'm thinking about it because in almost 300 miles I have never used the small sprocket in the front, just no need for it. I'm also planning on a tighter cassette in the back. Note that where I live (MPLS) is almost...

    First Impressions ST2

Hi Ravi, I ordered the front rollers as I don't need the huge size of the back roller model. Good to know they fit though. I bought the bike from Evan and he was going to order the trailer brackets. PM sent.

    Thinking about selling my ST2

You could get winter gear... I ride year round here in MPLS and it gets really cold. Coldest I've ridden in is minus (25)F and that is unreal cold. My pic was from when it was 15F. The biggest challenge is hands and feet, solve those and you're 3/4 of the way there. I regularly ride in...

    First Impressions ST2

I've been looking for a cargo bike / better commuter for a while. I commute 10mi each way here in MPLS roughly once a week and through the winter. Sold my Fargo and picked up an ST2 and had the first ride today. It's like hills don't exist any more. Mode 3 and I'm able to maintain 27-30...

    2017 Racktime Trunk Bag Thread

Would you happen to have a link for the Ortlieb adapter? I'm interested in the Ortlieb trunk bag and I see some online that say they come with the adapter and others don't. Is there an order code you could possibly provide?

    Hello from Boulder, Colorado.

Great avatar. I went to CU, Boulder as well. Take your new bike into Vechhios when you get it! : )

    Another Noob saying hello.

I'm lucky to live where 90% of my commute is on a bike trail, Minneapolis. We have a fantastic bike path infrastructure. Good luck with your boat adventure. I used to sail in San Francisco and it is amazing. The draw of a long journey or living on a boat never leaves once you experience the...

Radwagon vs Yuba Spicy Curry vs Yuba Spicy Curry Bosch?

Ensure you ride them before you buy. I found a similar deal on a Spicy Curry, rode it and no thanks. The main issue is the on and off of the motor, it "hunts" when it reaches 20mph. Shuts off, speed drifts down to 19.5mph then kicks in again until just over 20 and then shuts off again. I...

    Can't decide what to get

Check out veloscience in Ohio $4,800. I have no relation, just been looking for the best price on an ST2. I thought markup on bikes was roughly keystone. So a $7k bike cost would be in the $3,500 to $4,000 range. Not so with Stromer?

    Can't decide what to get

Check around, I've seen a number of dealers that have close out type pricing on Stromer ST2s. Lowest I've seen for new, not a demo is $4,800.
