That looks like a Topeak rack however the silver rack supports are different, Mine are flat silver metal rails but those look much beefier.

Rad Electric Bikes told me in mid June that the Radrover fenders are being redesigned and are expected back in late Summer or early Fall. Also, Rad seems to be working hard to get more items in stock as they have more items coming in this week so I'm hopeful they will arrive sooner than later...

I just did a ~2 mile ride on a route I measured with my car years ago and found I get a more accurate reading setting the wheel size to 28 inches. 26 inches = 1.7 miles 28 inches = 1.9 miles
