    Road Rash Hurts LOL

Oh man, welcome back into the saddle! (Reminds me of riding a horse in Wyoming, came around a corner at speed, almost running into a HUGE porcupine with quills extended! Horse and I skidded to a halt...porcupine sauntered off.) If you ever do get sprayed, mix up hydrogen peroxide, baking...

Oops, forgot to thank you, George. Thank you!!

    Motor upgrade.

Ok, so to translate, George says sell the Pedego, start from scratch with a 1000w+ motor. But, then you are getting into illegal territory. Lots of people are doing it, so your choice.

He'll show up. When you use their handle after the @ symbol, they are summoned ;) .....evil laugh.....the power, the power!

    Motor upgrade.

Pedego sells complete bikes, doubt they'll sell just a system. I am out of my depth as to recommending systems. A hub motor will likely be the easiest way to go. Maybe @George S. can be of assistance.

Speed linked to PAS level, reviews requests

Ok, so I have noticed several instances where the PAS level limits top speed. This seems like a great way to keep one's speed at a consistent level when he doesn't want to go max speed. Like cruise control. Busy path, wanna limit speed to 10mph, use level 1. Less busy, 13mph, level 2, etc...

Having hard time finding new 48v 2.5a charger

Maybe contact the manufacturer where you got the kit? I sometimes see ebikes on craigslist for sale without chargers, screams "stolen bike". Now I know that isn't your case, but your friend definitely deserves a whuppin'.

    cool weather gear

This is a great thread. Ebikes incentivise o_O people to keep riding longer into cold weather. Love hearing about the options!

    Ramp for transporting

I like this...looks quick and easy. We have an suv, but the roof isn't tall enough to do this. Transporting bikes is surprisingly irritating. I like to see others' solutions.

Newbie looking for bike advise for road trip

I'm glad you already are familiar and comfortable with Vietnam. Sounds like you will have a great time! Any bike chargers that are designed for use in the US will be 110 compatible. We don't use 220 here (except clothes dryers and ranges).

    Motor upgrade.

You need to research the system that you have now, and compare it to any 750w systems that are out there. Your motor is being used in conjunction with the electrical wiring, controller, battery, throttle, etc. All those components have to be just the right type to work together. I don't know...

    Cargo Trailer towing ideas

Actually, I do believe it...used to tow 150lbs of kids in a trailer behind me. Only on the flat! Stop pedalling for a second and you're stopped by the weight. Since your stuff is pretty reasonable weight-wise, it really is gonna boil down to the bulk-factor. (Assuming you are willing to go...

    Question for Sduro owners

Just for fun, when it is dark, toggle between the settings and see if it changes the light. Caveat.. don't have one of these, so am going out on a limb...

    Cargo Trailer towing ideas

How much does the stuff weigh that is in the trailer? I can tell the trailer its self must be a beast (awesome looking though!) I have been noticing some of the cargo ebikes, and I'm thinking one that carries stuff in front of the rider might work for you. Another option is to put a kit on...
