    Help Selecting the Right eBike

I think the Ultra Eagle is the same frame as the HPC Scout.

WW FS Commuter - Hydra or Titanium FS

While the Hydra may be cleaner looking, the FS titanium bike with belt drive has more unicorn factor. Advantages of Commuter: - Upright riding posture for comfort and traffic awareness - Belt drive to handle elements better - Dual battery capability to increase range Advantages of Hydra: -...

Which Bikes Would You Like Reviewed? Opinions Needed!

I like when the TFLcar channel on youtube compares two different makes of car for range, offroad climbing, and drag race (0-60mph and quarter mile). I would like to see similar ebike reviews pitting Watt Wagons (CrossTour dual battery) against Biktrix (Juggernaut Duo). Another good comparison...

Seeking suggestions for commuter ebike (already tried one)

I commute on a Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra. It's heavy but has 160 nM of torque. I don't think weight is that important unless you are carrying the bike often or engaging in very tight maneuvering (less likely in commuting situations). The Juggernaut Ultra comes with rack and fenders, so it is...

Does it exist..??? A fat-tire bike (generally for sandy, or snowy roads) with the power of a serious e-MTB (apt for steep hills, off-roads) ..??

There are plenty of options listed in this thread in the Bafang forum: https://electricbikereview.com/forums/threads/2020-top-10-ebikes-with-the-bafang-g510-ultra.31656/ I ride a Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra.

Looking for an ebike and definitely overwhelmed ><

I would get the Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra Duo, but the Juggernaut Classic or Classic Duo is cheaper; the Stunner LT is cheapest if you don't mind hub drive. There's only 10 bikes on the site, so I would look at all of them.

Watt Wagons Ultimate Commuter 2 rides 175 miles now 1075 miles, more than 2 rides

I've seen a second battery on the top tube. I take it you cycled with 3 batteries, 1 on the down tube and 2 in panniers. What was the V/Ah per battery?

Looking for an ebike and definitely overwhelmed ><

Get a new Biktrix. I would be careful about getting used; the used battery is probably at the end of its life.

Help whit possible hydra buy (or alternative)

Sorry not Bafang but a powerful removable motor nonetheless: https://krankedbikes.com/ I saw the Kranked Hyperdrive mentioned in this thread: https://electricbikereview.com/forums/threads/santa-cruz-heckler.32005/

Help whit possible hydra buy (or alternative)

I though someone posted a Santa Cruz with a removable Bafang motor. I think this might be a good option if you want to ride sometimes with no motor. If you ride with a friend then you could take turns being pack animal for the extra motor: One rides down with no motor/battery, and one rides down...

Bigger guy looking for an e-bike

Biktrix Moto is a mini-bike style with dual battery capacity. The Biktrix Moto has a 24-inch wheel option (I see your list has 20-inch wheels), which should be better for taller riders.

What is the ideal range on a single charge?

I want to travel from Edmonton to Calgary (200 miles) in one day with a stop for lunch. Ideally, I would get 100 miles easily out of a dual battery set up and carry two chargers for a quick lunchtime re-charge. Ideally, I could use just one battery for regular day-to-day shorter commutes to...

    Dash cams for bikes

I have a GoPro Hero 5 in the back, and while I don't have a problem with reliability, I want an alternative that allows the image to be reversed on my phone so that the camera works like a rearview mirror. Any suggestions?

I've narrowed it down to Hydra or Crosstour, what do you guys think the main pros/cons or differences between these 2 are?

I don't understand why chain breaks aren't being reported more (at all?) in the Biktrix subforum. Biktrix bikes don't have internal geared hubs, so it's easy to be stuck in a high gear when coming to a sudden stop. I wonder if there is a tuning that allows over 1000W on throttle but limits how...

I've narrowed it down to Hydra or Crosstour, what do you guys think the main pros/cons or differences between these 2 are?

You can limit the top speed using the assist controls on the bike, as shown here: I have a Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra, and it is top speed limited to 50 kph (31 mph), and I can remove the limit as shown in the video to get a few more mph. The Biktrix tune allows the throttle to apply maximum...

I've narrowed it down to Hydra or Crosstour, what do you guys think the main pros/cons or differences between these 2 are?

I found this picture from San Vicente https://s2.wklcdn.com/image_28/844282/40401303/26715491Master.jpg of what I would call a rock garden. Given that I have done most of my riding on analog bike, I would be a little afraid to attempt this rock garden, but if I were to try it, I would prefer to...

I've narrowed it down to Hydra or Crosstour, what do you guys think the main pros/cons or differences between these 2 are?

I don't own either bike, but these are my impressions: Hydra: Narrow tire = tighter maneuvering, less float on sand/snow/mud Crosstour: Fat tire = more float on sand/snow/mud; tire suspension does not need adjustment Hydra: Full suspension = keeps wheel on the ground for better control/speed...
