    Yet another CCX owner

You will love it. I've had mine for about 10 days and have four rides on it. Holidays cut short long rides I'd hoped to have completed by now. I intend to do around 30 miles tomorrow and would like to put together my thoughts on this excellent bike here on this forum very shortly. Other...

Faraday Porteur S - 5 months old - like new $1000. Washington State

Absolutely stunning bike! You've kept amazing care of it and the price is very attractive. Very soon this will be the only way to own a Faraday, sadly.

    Rear Fender on RCS Removal

You're a better man than I am. I took one look at that rear fender and said to hell with it. I installed the front one to make them match!

Rear rack tilting forward on RCS

Look at their website picture of the RCS. Looks like a design problem. Longer stays seem like the only remedy. https://www.juicedbikes.com/products/ripcurrent-s

    Ripcurrent assembly questions

I don't know much about the Ripcurrent. I Googled some pics and they all include the rear rack. Do you know if it comes with it or not? I'l take a look at their website. Is there a chance they forgot to send you the rack as well as the battery?

    Ripcurrent assembly questions

Sorry about that. I have a CCX and it has the rear rack. Somebody with a Ripcurrent can respond better. You could also Google images of Ripcurrent and see if it shows any attachments. Here's the Rear LED light guide from Juiced's FAQ page...

    Ripcurrent assembly questions

Two rods are spare spokes. The others are just reflectors. You don't need them - or you may desire more visibility and install them -somewhere. I had those all included on my CCX and they are just in my spare parts bin. Very disconcerting to hear that your bike was shipped sans battery...

    CCX Voltage

This is right from the Juiced website under FAQ for battery charging. This is for the 52v 19ah battery: For 52V 20% is about 45V and 80% is about 55V

    Battery theft?

Just noticed that the Skunklock has sold 60 out of 500 of their Version 2 product. Looks like that's since the start of this year. And since that's the only place to purchase one I'd say that with 60 sales in one year they probably won't be around much longer without a channel to distribute...

    Battery theft?

And in over two years not a single real-life test or review. Just self-promotion videos from the company itself with comments disable or "reviews" from online sites that basically just regurgitate the specs and information from the company FAQ. I can see why people might not want to test one...

    Battery theft?

Skunklock...well I'll be damned...never heard of that before and taking a quick look at your linked website for them was extremely interesting!

Cross Current bikes - can you remove the controller?

Same here! I assume that is so that somebody carrying around a standard allen wrench bike tool won't be able to easily take it. The flip side is it makes you purchase one for removal should you need repairs. Thanks everybody for responding. I had hoped you could just do a quick flip of the...

Purchased an Ebike on Alibaba, taking questions.

That's a really nice looking bike and I'm glad you're happy with it. Your post would scare me off if I were thinking about doing that. The four month wait alone would be a deal breaker. A fork that was broken in half and you have to purchase and install a new one? No battery - and having to...

    Took the CCX Plunge!

Congrats! One clarification - my rack is fine. It's the rear fender that bows to one side. Even after adjustment it is off-kilter. Sorry about that ambiguity in my above post. I took another look at your pictures and boy are you right - that rack is pretty bent. Good of Juiced to send along...

    Took the CCX Plunge!

Well it arrived! Showed up around 9am this morning. Didn't take long to put together at all. Was pleasantly surprised that the handlebars were already attached, the rear fender and rear rack were already installed, and the packaging was very impressive. Initial impression was HOLY TOLEDO THIS...

    Took the CCX Plunge!

Good move on not getting one. I always advise people that if they don't have a 50A circuit in their garage it's just too much trouble to own one. I'm into all things electric. Have you looked at the Zero line of motorcycles? I'm very interested but the range kind of bums me out right now...
