Lectric (US-based, fluent English) hands down has better customer service, better communication and a very active community. You're not just buying the ebike but everything that comes with it. Eahora is not for the faint of heart, many unknowns have yet to be answered.

Seems like error 25 is related to abnormal brake operation. Check the brake lever connectors, check the wiring going to the controller, inspect for damage of wiring or brake levers, inspect brake lever movement is not blocked by something, unplug and plug brake connectors, make sure brakes work...

Yup I replaced my XP 7 speed 14-28T for 11-34T. It made a noticable difference at both 1st (hill climbing) and 7th gear (speed, cadence). For an 8 speed the options I've come across is 11-32T and 13-34T.

In my opinion I think it's because they're trying to differentiate between the X7 and X7 Plus but now they threw in a third Pro version but they didn't do a good job separating these on their site and only did it on Amazon somehow. The Pro version has a 7 speed freewheel and mechanical brakes...

Its really unfortunate all the issues you guys have had to deal with your ebikes. It doesn't bode well for Eahora. Is there not a way to escalate the issue through Amazon? I can't believe they wouldn't intervene.

Now this looks exactly like my XP's battery (physical dimensions, terminals, etc.). If and when I finally order myself an X7 Plus it means I will be able to continue using my existing 14Ah batteries.
