Does the display go off momentaily as well? If so, it could be voltage sag on the battery at high current levels when going uphill. If you drop below LVC, either the BMS or Controller will shut down until voltage recovers.

Interesting. So the cylinder with the fluid is part of the assembly that mounts on the forks? Unlike a conventional setup where the cylinder is attached to the lever on the handlebar with the fluid pushed down thru a cable?

I checked my chain and think I may need to replace it on my Amego Infinite+ --with 8-speed freewheel and after about 4,000Km.. Essentially an NCM Milano+. Is there any specific chain recommended?

I had a problem with my freewheel slipping on my Amego Infinite Plus (basically a Milano Plus). These 11-32T freewheels can be a little hard to come by so I thought it worthwhile to try and fix mine. Apparently the most common issue with these is that the lubricant inside gets thick and gummy...

Interesting. Would you have a pointer to the KT Controller and Diaplay you are installing. Also I would be interested in how it works out when all done.

You could try Amego who show them on their web site. However, I would call them as the prices look a bit crazy (eg same price for a motor in the wheel as for a bare motor)...Also see they sell gear/clutch assembly if that's what is needed...

Thanks...I just ordered the tool from MEC as well. I inherited an Amego Infinite+ (basically a Milano+) that has a problem with the Freewheel. I'll take it off and see if it can be repaired (using guidance from University of Youtube) and if not, will get the new one you pointed to.

Did you figure out/obtain the correct 11-32 freewheel for the 8-speed Moscow? If so, could you possibly give me the link to one that worked for you. Also how did you handle the tool requirement? Any guidance welcome.

This is just a wild-ass guess, but I belive the European versions don't support throttle so maybe you somehow got an EU Controller??
