Nope, I don't have the link. Search for Nyon conversion. No other costs incurred.

Bosch Kiox Electric Bike Display Details

Buy a Nyon 1G off eBay and the controller separately. I did and so did several others. The conversion is simple and the result is great. You don't need Bosch permission to do this upgrade. :D

    pricing

Thanks Court for the clarification and explanation. I agree that public discussion that affects both Manufacturers and Retailers on pricing should not be a forum focus. We can always talk to each other privately and appreciate that opportunity.

    Cleaning your haibike

Battery off the bike, there's no chance to short the system even if a drop or two of water get's into a connection. Battery mounted, the system will be looking for that opportunity. I live in the arid west and a bucket wash is the right way to do it with the battery off the bike.

    Chain Life

I'm getting good life on my 11 speed cassette with the KMC x10e. The x11e simply did not hold up to my personal torque, it separated. Shifting is no problem, I tend to spin in the upper 60's to 80 rpm as my sweet spot. The OEM chain had good life with 1500 miles, I'd rather replace the chain...

Performance Line Speed vs CX with dongle

I bought the Speed version Cx for that reason. The dongles seem to fool the ECU into reading an incremental decrease in speed sensed by the system. But what/how do they effect the electronic motor output in that process?

    Fullseven XDURO S Pro 2016

Did the Nyon conversion with tallpaul and Alaskan, new chain (tried the e11 but switched to the e10 for durability), new brake pads, new tires. Bike is running great with a ride up the local canyon last Wednesday. My rear light has burned out, any ideas on a replacement for the Haibike stock...

Bosch shift detection - what does it do?

Having recently upgraded to a 1 Gig Nyon, I can see the shift zones on the display very clearly. However, my buddy has a new Yamaha on his Haibike and I've been very impressed with it. Seems that the competition has improved products incrementally since my 2016 system. Not yet time to trade up...

Anyone else have issues with the new 500w battery

Since there is no fluid in the battery, I think you got lucky with Bosch replacing it. There is obviously more to this story than we're getting here.

Aftermarket Batteries for Bosch Coming in 2015

After due consideration and huge temptation, I opted for the 500 wH Bosch battery as an upgrade and backup to the stock 400 wH battery that came with my Haibike. I'm now somewhat free from the constrained US dealership network since I also upgraded to a Nyon setup which allows me to update via...

    Chain Life

New data point, the KMC X11e blew out on 4 consecutive rides. I returned and replaced it with the beefier X10e which seems superior after my first 10 mile ride which included some elevation gain not reported for the first ride of the X11e. I think this is the better solution. Time will tell.

Nyon Upgrade in USA worked out of the box!

Sooooo, what's the market like for a used Intuvia with Controller. This is such a rip and great piece of equipment, I don't see myself going back. ;)

    Chain Life

Bicycle chains are simply a weak point in the design and makeup of two wheeled vehicles. This thread reminded me of a friend I met 2 years ago and his experiences with bikes and moto's. He's 6'6" and trim at 255 lb, he played professional F'ball at 285 lbs. He's notorious in the Denver region...

    Intuvia Speedometer

I don't think the GPS speed is an accurate measurement at any specific point in time. I understand that it's an average from your unit and the satellite feed which is not instantaneous. Contact your GPS manufacturer to verify your unit. I'm ok with a physical measurement rather than a...

Question to Haibike Full Suspension owners

I'm aware of Peening, they make tools for that and I know when/how to use them. Insert nodding smilie face.

Nyon Upgrade in USA worked out of the box!

Very nice, thanks again. I was also looking at the ability to easily program the Nyon for individual wheel circumferences. http://www.berkshiresports.org/index.php?ID=bikecomputertiresizecalculator I'm thinking that plays into the 28 mph cutoff through the system and wonder if it can be played...

Question to Haibike Full Suspension owners

Same as on a motorcycle, Chain break tool. Yes, KMC e11x 126 links which I reduced. Popped a pin, placed the links, pushed the pin back through. Now it's a continuous chain without that screwy Master Link.

    Chain Life

New chain is excellente' after a test ride. I stopped at 2 bike shops this past week and the results were clear, the chain was still within tolerance but had stretched quite a bit over just the past 250 miles. So a new KMC X11e went on as a continuous chain without the included Master Link. My...

Question to Haibike Full Suspension owners

I would suggest watching the chain carefully. Mine measured good at 1200 miles but had significant stretch at 1500 miles. It's not the cheapest item to replace but well worth saving sprocket wear and tear. I've just replaced it and since the replacement was 126 links and I only needed 111, I'm...
