I'm the same. I've been waiting for them to get to update their site. The pictures do not reflect the 2018 model. I sent an email to Voltbike asking them to update it. Shocking to see them be late with web updates... It's their only store :cool:

I've seen a few youtube videos using zip ties, wonder if it's makes it easier...

Not sure we're talking about the same screw... The lone screw is on the kickstand itself, and it allows to shorten or lengthen the kickstand. You may be referring to the 2 screws securing the kickstand to the frame... In any event, tighten that single screw on the backside of the kickstand...

Agreed 100% that is a warranty issue. I would still insist in getting a free replacement, even if you do not need it now. The replacement you just got may be universal, you could take it off, move it to another bike and put the new original back on your Téo. Something bothers me with...

Saw an ad on Facebook that they are opening a warehouse in Vancouver to ease shipping to all Canadians. That is very cool. I suspect we'll start seeing lots of Rads up North.
