I just want to share some nice photos which come from rider in New York. This our folding electric fat bike Voltbike which features 48v system, 500w motor 8Fun(Bafang), middle mounted LCD screen and Tektro Disc Brakes.

Hi Bwitte, this is interesting because we never had this issue before. The only fuse is in the battery itself. There is no fuses in the controller. If you want to I can mail you one of the factory LED lights to try out? Could be issue with LED light itself.

Hi HaveBlue. Grinding noise is definitely issue with the gears in the motor. Depending of the brand of the motor you should be able to replace only the gears. If it's 8Fun motor for example you can open the motor and replace only the gears module on the top leaving the actual motor untouched...
