    I Bought a Voltbike Yukon

Hi Bwitte, this is interesting because we never had this issue before. The only fuse is in the battery itself. There is no fuses in the controller. If you want to I can mail you one of the factory LED lights to try out? Could be issue with LED light itself.

Voltbike - Interceptor , anyone with experience dealing with them?

Hi Fidorama, I am glad you received your Voltbike Urban. First ride is always very exciting. I would appreciate if you share some feedback or photos after that.

Has anyone had to replace their motor?

Hi HaveBlue. Grinding noise is definitely issue with the gears in the motor. Depending of the brand of the motor you should be able to replace only the gears. If it's 8Fun motor for example you can open the motor and replace only the gears module on the top leaving the actual motor untouched...

Voltbike Mariner 500w folding electric fat bike

Thanks for your feedback. I like the name Yukon Fold, it gives some connection with our fat bike bestseller. And yes, we designed the bike with 500w motor and 48v system so it does give that extra power you always need. Given the lighter aluminum frame, smaller size tires and big motor, makes...

Voltbike Mariner 500w folding electric fat bike

Hi J.R., we did not invent the folding fat bike. However we did it better and affordable to the North American market. The Italian company you refer is selling their version for 2130 Euro (~$2400) which is significant price difference than our Voltbike model. And I don't think anybody in...

Voltbike Mariner 500w folding electric fat bike

Guys, I am very happy to introduce the newest addition to the Voltbike family. Voltbike Mariner is folding electric fat bike with 20x4" fat tires. Not only that, it's using the same 48V system and 500w 8Fun motor as the big brother Voltbike Yukon. To support this we implemented Sanyo (by...

    I Bought a Voltbike Yukon

Hi Bwitte, glad to hear that the bike is working well with 45NRTH studded tires. The front LED light should be using quick connector so you should be able to replace it easily if you decide. If you can't find anything brighter, we do have in our warehouse the same factory LED light. The...

    Optimizing the E-Joe Epik Se

Hi everyone, sorry for jumping into the discussion but I need to mention few things regarding our Voltbike Urban model. Currently we are selling our 2016 version which is slightly upgraded compared to last year Urban. On top of that we addressed few small issues based on customers feedback...

What Variant Of Voltbike Yukon Did You Ride In Your Review?

Hi Vespo111, on the video review Court is riding 500w rated Voltbike Yukon with Samsung 48v 10.4ah. I want also to mention that it was very nice for me to personally meet Court. ;) The 350w Yukon is using 350w motor and Samsung 36v 10.4 ah battery. Everything else is the same. On the video you...

Voltbike - Interceptor , anyone with experience dealing with them?

Hi Michael, Voltbike Yukon 500w is using 8Fun motor with rated power 500w and peak power 800w or more. We believe this is more than enough for this kind of bike and frame. The bike is able to reach 20 MPH/32 KPH On Flat Ground with just using throttle (power on demand). When you pedal with the...

    I Bought a Voltbike Yukon

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I could see the stem is fairly aggressive. I personally don't like adjustable stems. As Court mention on the review they tend to get loose over time. Probably in the future we can offer 2 options for stem or something in the middle. For my age group (I am 40) this...

Voltbike - Interceptor , anyone with experience dealing with them?

Hi George, thanks for watching the reviews. Regarding Voltbike Interceptor, we are able to limit the max speed depending on where the bike is going to be shipped. This should resolve the issue with different state limits. Our LCD display can also switch from Kph to Mph. Voltbike Interceptor is...

Voltbike - Interceptor , anyone with experience dealing with them?

Hi guys, I am monitoring this post for quite some time. Thanks for your order Kilopip. Voltbike Intereceptor is our latest bike and the difference here is that it's using Mxus Direct Drive gearless motor. It's surprising how quiet and smooth the motor is (compared to geared) and how much...
