How do i delimit my EVO Cross? Is it simple to do for a novice?

    3. If swapping out the rear wheel would give 32-34km/h speed, that would be an easy and safe mod, even if the controller would still limit the power to a nominal 250W. But from what I've read, BH ask for the serial number of your bike and wont sell incompatible parts, or even matching parts...

How do i delimit my EVO Cross? Is it simple to do for a novice?

This gigantic thread has many answers, but lots of OT discussion too. http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/2074530

How do i delimit my EVO Cross? Is it simple to do for a novice?

There are threads about this, and this is one of the first thoughts any 25km/h Easy Motion owner has. It's nigh impossible, and nobody seems to really have the answers. It was suggested that you need to swap out the EU spec motor with an NA one to achieve 32km/h, but nobody knows, and it's not...

Fenders for Evo 29er, a monster.

Glad to share! They can be a tad smaller than the tube diameter on the shocks, but still work great. Especially on the Rockshox XC32 that has thicker sliders, the clamps are tight, but also slim enough to fit between the shock and the brake disc, where a rubber padded steel clamp wont.

Getting ready to pull the trigger-last questions

I'm 6 2" (188cm), 174lbs (79kg) and I have the Evo 29er in Large. Things to consider on a 29er are foot clearance for the front tire, which is absolutely not a problem on the Evo, even with full fenders, and stand over / seat height, since the bottom bracket is higher off the ground, and you...

Fenders for Evo 29er, a monster.

Here she is with the ICE Spikers, Beavertail (with additional mudflap) and useless front fender. Badass yes, but I hate having a brown streak up my back and front. And here with custom Zefal/SKS hybrid front fender, actually quite effective.

Fenders for Evo 29er, a monster.

Seeing as the 2016 lineup continues the Evo line, I thought I'd share the current evolution of my fender setup on my 2015 29er. I stole this guy's idea: http://www.pedelec-biker.com/2015/05/cube-reaction-hybrid-hpa-pro-29_26.html In short, they are SKS Bluemels B65, custom painted matte black...

Nitro 48v battery on Neo 36v bikes.

So, I wonder if an Euro BH Evo 2015/16 25km/h can be converted into an US 32km/h model just by swapping out the hub motor? I always assumed it was the controller that sets the speed, not the motor.

    Faster...

The wheel diameter affects the displayed speed as well as the odo, but your actual speed stays the same. I wish I could mod the speed and modes to my liking. I'd like boost to be 25mph, sport 20, normal 15. So that each mode smoothly stops assisting at the set speed. Maybe in future models, or...

    Biltema (Sweden) new 29er budget e-bike 2015.

I thought I'd bring this little gem to the attention of the world. Biltema, based in Sweden, is an originally automotive themed chain of stores in Scandinavia, that nowadays is more of a Harbor Freight-ish hardware store with most everything branded with their name on it. So this summer they...

BH / Dapu M155 freehub, parts and maintenance?

Here's a picture of the freehub pawls and spring. and inner bearing balls in their groove. The bent end on the spring should rest in the notch, and make sure the spring is tight enough before assembling, it's made of pretty malleable metal and the circumference can become too big while you...
