This is the one I bought but am still awaiting delivery. Shipping time is like 5-6 weeks right now. I watched several YouTube reviews of it by a number of different people and they were overwhelmingly positive.

I'm asking about a Hydra instead of a Helios. It would be on an SUV not an RV. If the weather is decent, I'd also likely travel with the batteries in the vehicle and not on the bikes. The Hydra is +/- 58lbs so even the heavier builds should be under 65lbs.

There was another thread discussing bike racks for the Helios. I'll be in the market for a new rack capable of carrying a couple of eMTBs and one will always be my Hydra. I need a hitch mount, preferably aluminum, but strong enough to carry two without issues. Anyone have a recommendation...

I also considered the Frey and bought the Hydra. There is a big upgrade path for future products on the Hydra and the components are better.

I second this - would love to see various pics documenting the build process also. Might even be cool to video a build and then do one of those time lapse videos that shows the process in high speed. It will also be great for future buyers to see some of the initial color choices people have...
