I ordered my Rad Runner 1 with the optional LCD display. I reset the top speed to 40 kph (24 mph ). However the motor still cuts off pedal assist at 20 mph (32 kph ). Is this unique to the Rad Runner 1?

Wow! I would be surprised if that hits the US market as the "E-Trek". Also I don't think it is the first foldable with dual suspension.

He sells primarily the 350 and 500 models both high step and low step. He also stocks the Level but not as plentiful as the other models. He doesn't really stock the Sinch because folders do not sell well.

Does anyone have or know if a Racktime rear rack will fit a Rad Mini 2020? I see this as a great advantage because Racktime has so many bag and basket accessories that can be interchanged without having to unbolt them from the rack as with Rad accessories.

One of the benefits of buying local is that the bike should be set up perfectly before delivery. Any respectable LBS will test ride the bike before delivering a new bike or repairing an older one.
