Well, yes, there's that! I do sometimes get to strike up conversations with fellow ebikers at destination sorts of areas (lakeside parks where folks are eating their sack lunches, etc.) ... it's fun to hear what ebiking means to different people.

I think it’s got to be this way — if there isn’t some kind of a lag then the bike could surge forward when people don’t have time for their reaction time to kick in, and be startled. For more immediate assist, a throttle is a great feature.

This is a very good strategy because it sends that post straight to the admin’s “report” section along with your message expressing concern. There is a little “report” check-box after every post.

I don’t want to change anybody’s mind. I don’t think my bike tech does either. People should choose what works best for their style and needs for sure.

Actually, it's kind of fun to pick the brains of the Pedego tech support guys. :) I think they'd find it interesting to chat with you about this instead of dealing with a customer who is mad about the recall!!

Pedego tech support is super helpful over the phone. I'd call them and share your woes, as 6zfshdb suggests. :)
