    Chain Lubing?

I clean and lube every 100 miles +/-. I use a Park Tool cleaner and a quality chain specific lube. I've used several brands over the years. Something specific for my riding conditions, i.e. dry, wet, dusty..... Regular WD-40 or 3 in 1 isn't the best choice.

Do you regret buying (or not buying) Step-thru vs. Step-over frame?

I know you like to poke fun at silly things. There is a reason that videos like Sheldon Brown's exist; they show technique. One of my bikes is a 29er, large frame. The saddle is roughly level with the bars, and that puts the saddle at about my belly button when I'm standing next to the bike...

    (Art)istic eBike

Congratulations Art! If I needed a folder it would be a Montague. I've watched that company for a long time. Seems to have the least compromises of all folders. Hopefully I'll get to see yours on a fall ride. Maybe Mt. Gretna again. Great color BTW! Is that electric blue😉

Horn, Bell or Voice, how to warn others of your presence and intentions

On your left originally came from professional cyclists. It carried over to road riders and then to MTB/casual riders on paths. It was intended to be said to other riders, that typically know what it means. Most pedestrians don't have a clue.

I could be wrong, but I think this is what @ElevenAD is referring to. On the EBR review main page, there is a drop-down menu for "Forum" at the top. The word forum is not a link to the forum. The menu that drops has no forum main page link. You have a choice of Category, Brand or New...

Are There Class 4 E-Bikes With Belt Drives?

Reading through some past articles about belts and off road, I just read this on Cycle World. The short article is about Harley choosing a chain for their Pan America adventure touring bike. Comparing final drives on The Motor Company’s There are good reasons to adopt belt drive: It requires...

Best Rock Ever? Nominations, No Air Supply!

I remember watching Austin City Limits in 2009 when The Dave Matthews Band concert was broadcasted. Prior to watching this episode I had never purchased an album of Dave's music. This was different than anything else at the time and I ordered the CD album that night. The entire episode is...

Two bands, 3 years apart, same singer, Steve Marriott The Small Faces 1967 Humble Pie 1970 unplugged (includes a young Peter Frampton). I'll never forget buying my first Humble Pie album..... on 8 Track Tape 1960 Steve Marriott in Oliver Both bands, in my opinion, were underrated. The...

Best Rock Ever? Nominations, No Air Supply!

When most hear the band named Chicago, they think of soft pop and love songs. Chicago started in the 60's as Chicago Transit Authority, until the real CTA made them change their name. They were a jazz-rock band that played all the big clubs and toured with Jimi Hendrix and many others. Jimi once...
