Yes, I have seen the complaints here. Mostly are due to long waits for the bike. Mind you I did wait for 3months for mine. It was delayed quite a lot from the original date it was supposed to arrive. But when it did arrive, the bike made me very happy.

It’s a beast of a bike. Although it did come missing a couple of small parts for the fenders. But I was able to resolve it by emailing them. They sent the parts to me promptly.
