I believe the symtoms for the bad wheel bearing were a fairly loud clicking sound. I don't believe it caused an electrical problem, but it's a good idea to check it out.

Court, I like the Arkel Roadrunner seat post rack. I think I'm going to give it a shot for my Carbon. It is advertised as Carbon seat post friendly, and I love that it comes on and off quickly.
