1200 or 1450 for closely the same bike. x 2 is 500 bucks saved. My wife wants one, so I am giving her my flow and getting a sport. But if money isn't an issue, just get the bike you want. Everyone seems happy with an ebike.

I have the flow and rode 40 miles yesterday. There was a mile of loose gravel, but I was extra careful and rode over it about 12mph and it did fine. As for hills, I dominated some steep hills. I can go down at 38mph..... And going up was a breeze.

The batteries are reention dorado 48v battery. I think you can buy them on alibaba.

How does the ride1up 500 compare to the Flow? The cheaper price and little extras made me go to Espin.

Don't know how, know any good tutorial sites?. 22mph is pretty fast. Don't know if I need 9 speed on the PAS, I think it would be annoying. I find that 5 is enough for me. I'm going fast enough where I ordered a full face helmet

it's a part used to protect the shimano derailleur, like if you were to accidently kick it. Probably got bent in those boxes during shipping, easy enough to fix.

Rode to work today. Here's my impressions for day 2. Hit 14 miles on the new bike. Fixed the issue causing the chain to clunk...the chain derailuer guard was a bit bent in... probably weight was put on it during shipping...so i bent it back and now all gears work fine and smooth. Adjusted...

My chain was clicking and clunking. I watched a youtube video. I just bent it back and now it's smooth as butter. Just bend it back gently.

Thought i'd add to this forum for those interested in Espin's bike. First off, about me. I'm a value guy. When I buy things I like to know I got my money's worth. I also do research when i buy things of high value. So when Espin had the sale for $1199, imo it was a no brainer as blew...

I got my espin flow tracking info today. ETA Wednesday. If I am impressed and like it, I will buy another at the 1199 price point.
