Nice upgrade! I agree. Is there just not enough room or do the bolts not line up?

    Headlight voltage?

I've seen several replacement headlight suggestions and most seem to be 24-80v. Does anyone know the voltage supplied to the headlight?

Here's the best one, referenced many times by others here. I thought it was great!

Me neither! I'm in Oklahoma and it's mostly flat around me. Maybe stock or 28 is fine for me. I may do some offroad trails with hills. Will a lower gear say 28 or 34 benefit me offroad much or are people with a hilly commute the primary advocates of a lower low? Thanks all.

How about this to spread the rear fork?

Lots of interesting input, thanks all! To be clear this spreader will be used to gently spread the frames the 1-3mm needed for the wheel to drop in. It just provides a third hand; takes the place of a rubber mallet, a screwdriver, ratchet straps or whatever.

How about this to spread the rear fork?

Like this! It's a spreader clamp. Edit: after watching some videos I'm sure this will work! Beats ratchet straps or prybars I bet. I'll report back when I have my bike.

How about this to spread the rear fork?

My bike is on order and I plan to change the tires and tubes. Think this will work to spread the rear frame? Edit to add this picture:

Thanks all! How about speed with 11t? Edit to add, is everyone happy with 28t for hills? I see 34t on some and wonder if I'm setting with 28?

Hi all, first post, just ordered black for July delivery, can't wait! Here's a zinc 11-34 cassette for $22. Think it will work? Also let me ask, 11 teeth in 7th should dramatically increase my top speed when pedaling, correct? Maybe 32-25 mph? Thanks all...
