How to stop handlebars from moving when transporting bike?

I just ordered the Boncas on Amazon. Should do the trick. Thanks for the info, Hanz and JR. 👍

How to stop handlebars from moving when transporting bike?

The Topeak stabilizer is selling on Amazon for $2.99, but didn't get very good reviews. Looks like they are unloading them...

    Road Rage

If you are yelled at, cursed at, or otherwise harassed by a moron behind the wheel who thinks he owns the road, do not give him the finger. If he is psycho enough, he will get out of the vehicle and possibly hurt you badly and break your bike in the process. That's assuming he doesn't just run...

    New York State ebike legislation

So if the speed limit is above 30, ebikes are illegal, but non-motorized bikes, which can also do 20 mph, are not. 🙃

    Battery Slipping

Looks like a simple replacement. Let us know how it works out.

    Battery Slipping

Check the bottom of the battery. On ours, there is a metal clip that drops down and catches the frame when the battery is locked in place. Make sure it is free to move up and down. Also check the place where it hooks into the frame for wear. If the clip is not connecting, a possible solution...

    Battery Slipping

Are you locking it with the key? That should hold it in place.

Problem with battery on the Raleigh motus 2015 model

We have a 2017 Raleigh Sprite IE. If the slide out battery is the same as yours. There is just a small metal tab on the bottom of the battery that catches the tray. If the key is not turned all the way it will not fully release. Even when it does, I have to give a good tug to release the battery...

How to have fun on a bike

Danny is amazing, but as you can see at the end, he is also human. Great video! 👍

Is your Back-Aching taking your Ebikes + Bike racks on the road? Try the "MoTow" - Great for SUV's, RV's

That's a great idea, and it looks like it would work well on a sedan, or maybe a pickup, but with an SUV you wouldn't be able to open the liftgate while the Mowtow is attached.

    Limited Edition Aurora

Sounds like a loose connection. Check the wire. If there is a connector, make sure it is tight.

    ebike withdrawal

I'm probably done ebiking for the winter. Too cold, snowy, cold, icy, cold, and windy. 😄 Now my daily ride is on my recumbent exercise bike. Not much scenery in the basement but the TV works. Gotta' keep the legs in shape for when spring comes around.

    Shock Stop Seatpost Finally Here

I don't consider myself gullible and I certainly don't have more money than brains. In fact, I generally do a huge amount of research before buying something. At an MSRP of $239, which is competitive with some other brands, this seat post may seem a bit overpriced, but for $145 I consider it a...

No way I'd ever do 50 mph on a beefed up bicycle. 👎

    Shock Stop Seatpost Finally Here

I haven't seen a boot cover yet, but the back of the mechanism is covered by what they call a fender. It is simply a plastic cover for the back end that is attached by a strong magnet and an O-ring tether.

    Shock Stop Seatpost Finally Here

Today I finally took a freezing ride. 🥶 This seatpost is great. The larger bumps are much cushier than my previous seatpost and you don't feel the smaller ones at all. I have an upright riding position, and that has not changed. The reach is also as it was before. I like this enough that I will...
