I completely disassembled the seat post and lubed it with carbon grease 3 times. It helped for about a week. I give up and get a different seat post. I weigh 155 lb well below the 100 kg seat post limit. Besides the seat post this is a really good bike

You will not be disappointed! I ride up 7-8% hills at 14-17 mph in touring mode. 12 mile climb takes me less than an hour. Same climb on a regular road bike about 1hr 30 minute. I love my Grail on. I even bought 2nd battery so I can go further
