Simpley put, Lectric is a drop shipper. They've never really kept product stock on hand, I forgave them for it last year when they were still a relatively new company. But now they are far beyond that, and still pulling the same tricks? Its time to grow up or lose a bunch of customers, I'd say.

Even if they are swamped, thats really no excuse for not at least acknowledging support emails and letting people know they are being sorted out soon.

Just took a look at the Bee Cool website and a few of their bikes...its pretty cheap no name chinabranded stuff. No brand name on the motor, no brand name on the batteries, and most all of the other parts. Also, their motor 750W "pecked up to 1000W"...what does that even mean, peaked? You get...

Yeah I've got the Juiced electronic horn/alarm and it is legit. An actual motorcycle/moped horn that can be heard in cars and grabs peoples attention quick. Love that it can be doubled as a motion detected alarm which can be activated with the included key FOB. Comes with a horn button to strap...

Well it doesn't help that some customers really don't have any common sense/critical thinking skills or even how to type an email properly. Is it my responsibility to teach someone who doesn't know how to email, to write an email? I don't think so. Most of these people are not willing to learn...

Yeah those amazon/chinabrand electronic 'horns' are a little more than childs toys. Not loud enough at all for cars to hear you on the road, thats for sure.

If you are not going to climb steep hills consistently I'd recommend the Ride1up Roadster. I love how silent the belt drive and motor is, you don't hear a thing out of it while riding, its pretty awesome + it is super light weight and a stealthy road ebike, hidden battery in the downtube and all.

You could get pedal extensions for the kickstand issue, should put the pedals out a bit more so you dont get the issue of heeling the kickstand.

I've got the Velo Orange black leather mud flaps, works great, looks great.
