Let's see your best pic of your electric bicycle

I swear, those must come off the same factory floor as the Rad Power stuff.

    Why do people hate cyclists?

I too was thinking of mounting my mobius to the bike. I don't use it for my drones anymore. Only weighs a few grams.

    Maxxis Hookworms

Great! I am riding along on the OEM tires, and they definitely are not the compromise I need. Look forward to your impressions.

    Electric Bike Lights

I have an $11 ebay light that I swear lights up as nice a car headlight. Runs off 48 volts, and is bright. Over kill by a large margin on a bike path. 11 watt LED, four 3 watt emitters. It is marketed as a 20 watt light, but that is bogus.

    USB charge from display intermittent?

Just tried the phone charger from the USB on the left hand side of the display. It is completely intermittent, will not stay on. I would say it has a 50% duty cycle that lasts about 3 seconds. Anyone else run across this?

    New Tail Light.

I personally do not see the value of a brake light (we are already going slower than traffic, and if a car is on my bumper that a brake light is significant, I will have already poo'd my pants), but should be able to be done by accelerometer interface, someone has already don e it to the fancy...

    New Tail Light.

My bike never did have one, I dunno if it fell out of the (damaged) box during shipping, or just got forgotten. No biggie, I knew it was a cheapie from reviews, so not a big issue. I ordered the light that BVC had linked to in his awesome youtube video, from amazon. Well, that sort of sucked...

    1300 watt anyone ?

My guess is you would only need to swap out the controller. I would also posit you are taking the margins out of the safe operating limits of that motor at 1300 watts. Remember, being geared, it can not shed heat like a direct drive hub, and will likely get hot quick. Sure, it can do 1300 watts...

Powerful Fat Tire E-bike w/ Torque sensor from Juiced Bikes

You'll never get ahead in business if your main strategy is baseless bashing. Has a way of catching up with you.

Powerful Fat Tire E-bike w/ Torque sensor from Juiced Bikes

Mike, from your name I am going to assume you are "in the business". I have to disagree with you on some of your points though. I know absolutely NOTHING about juiced bikes, but I will take it on using my rad power Rover as a basis for discussion. I paid $1500 for it, delivered. I guess it...

    Tickets when using bike rack

Seems to me if you are concerned (and it sounds like a legitimate one) running a set of trailer lights ziptied to the bikes along with the tag. Shouldn't take but a couple minutes and a few zip ties. Of course, you would need a trailer plug.

Anyone put a bigger chainring on their Rover?

And it is Definitely a freewheel and not a cassette? Nice job!

My guess it would, but by how much is the question.

    Radwagon imressions

I think the new bike from juiced has the rover bore sighted however. They seem to be upping the game. Not detracting from Rad, I love the Rover, but this is all relatively new territory with a lot of players.

    Cross Current

Trick out the lights with ones that can take a range of 12 to 80 volts.
