Fitting water bottle on medium CCX & extending rear light - 3D printing

@Bryan Mcloughlin I can print one out for you if @youth does not mind and you can cover shipping costs. My printer would welcome the exercise, and I can also try printing it out flat like @youth recommends!

CCX Rear Tail Light Real Finicky???

I swapped a weak battery from my car keys with one of the strong ones in the tail light. :p The tail light is working reliably for one day now. Juiced Bikes wants me to make a video of it being unreliable, but it seems to be working now. They also asked if playing around with the wires...

    Yet another CCX owner

Congrats, @linklemming! I'm right behind you with 475 miles. :D I am still using the stock tires, since I have avoided taking off the rear title fro now...

CCX Rear Tail Light Real Finicky???

Hey all, My rear tail light seems to be real finicky. I have to literally punch it with my fist to turn it on in the mornings, and it seems to always be off once I get to work. When I take the light off, it works perfectly well! I'm totally confused why it seemingly doesn't work well on the...

    CCX intermittent power

Straps seem to be vital. I like the @jom thick straps over the CandyHome set. I got both sets... :D When I got my new battery, I hurt myself trying to get it in, because it was so tight! Later, I took apart the assembly and tightened the loose lock ring nut. After that, I was able to slip the...

    CCX intermittent power

I never did get a response from Reention using both of the e-mail addresses ([email protected] and [email protected]). I wonder if Gmail e-mails are thrown out?

Received new CCX the rear wheel is completely crooked

TrustPilot ratings back up @Bruce Arnold... Juiced Bikes customers are mostly happy! :D https://www.trustpilot.com/review/juicedbikes.com But what he says can coexist with @roadandmtbebikes analysis too. I've seen incompetence over multiple transactions, so I'm sure a steady flow of people are...

What a difference level 2 makes over 3/S! (and a battery question)

I like "Type-R" mode, since the motor doesn't turn off as much. Here are the levels described by Juiced: https://support.juicedbikes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019805091-What-are-Assist-Levels-

CCX - Front fork vibrating upon braking

Hmm, I do have that warbling sound too. I have not investigated it in depth, but I thought it was the fenders. Since you have no fenders, I guess that can't be the cause! Wonder if it's something with the quick release skewer? Some play in the fork ?

    To "Juice" or not ?

I have mixed feelings about this company after having a flaky battery and incorrectly flashed firmware. They have sent parts to the wrong address too. A while ago, they only sent me the top part of the battery assembly I ordered...??? I don't feel like anybody I've e-mailed or talked to has a...

My first commute on my new CCX, real world range of a heavy rider

Nice bike you got there, @Captain Walnut  I swear that the rear light is turned off by the time I get home. Seems so finicky! I'm testing it on my desk, but so far, it seems to stay lit...

Oh, those kind of boots! :D Today, I wrapped up my chainstay around the wires too. I hope it works well!

CCX Watch Your Rear Chainstay Wiring.

Thanks, @youth. What do you mean by boots and wheel connector? Boots is the rubber on the cable connector right? Wheel connector is? Well, I will take a look. Strange coincidence: I bought a pack of zip-ties over the weekend and was researching chainstay protectors... Maybe I should put a...

    Should I keep the box?

Welcome aboard, Captain Walnut. Looking forward to seeing pictures of your new bike! How about nailing the box to your ceiling? Many don't look up there. Maybe salvage some of the padding. Seems sort of useful. :D

    CCX intermittent power

Dbf Crell on YouTube sent me a comment a while back: "My bottom battery bracket came cracked, so I epoxied the crack and most of the backside to strengthen it. Then I did the same to the top mount, including the battery plug so it cannot become loose, ever! " Maybe this is something we can do...

    CCX intermittent power

Once that large silver nut allows the connector to recede then problems start to happen. The large silver nut could recede due to having poor threads, not being tightened enough, warped from plastic degradation, or being jostled from use. With enough time, it seems that all bikes will eventually...
