Glad you are having fun! You have to stop pedaling to shift the IGH. Sometimes there is a hesitation for the power to kick back on when resuming pedaling.

I'm pretty sure the C50 axle will work on this hub. I am still verifying. It works for the rx-rk5 hub. Might have to get a Rohloff eventually assuming they have a stronger axle.

What type of riding are you doing? Using the throttle a lot or high assist?

one out of my five bikes is working perfect so far. Never even had a skip yet. The axle issue could be from just the bike being heavy, lots of torque, and/or the rear tire being misaligned. Depends where it breaks. The bike which the axle broke has been ridden pretty hard. Limits are known now.

Could you not get the yellow lines to match up in the standard setting?

The drop out is vertical but the range of adjustability is similar to standard? Once again I dont know why there are different fulcrum settings based on dropout. I thought the same thing as you.

Leili told me to use the standard setting. With the standard setting the yellow lines match up. I'm not sure why there are different settings based on dropout.

Whoever is running the tannus inserts, was trimming necessary for the 4.8 inch tires and what tube size are you running? Edit: I see on Tannus website I probably wont need to trim them for the 4.8 tire but will the stock tube work? I know the fat tire tubes work for a wide range of fat tire sizes

Yes all the bikes had it. I wrote the key number on the sticker cause all the keys are different

I am hoping this was a quality issue at the factory, it was the first time I took this bike on a green level trail, the other times is just on the street. I'm trying to get an opinion from a welder. Maybe the metal got to hot, maybe their is too much play in the tube on this particular model. So...

I had a feeling when buying these bikes that would be a weak spot. I am going to get a professional welders opinion on it. Also it doesnt seem to make a tight fit on the seat post like my normal bikes do.
