Did he ride his Sondors like that? At this point I will accept a review from Josh... even Court made a similar mistake and installed a front motor wheel backwards... It was a lighter moment easily rectified and to Court's credit... he left it in his video review... I believe Josh also wrote that...

Close 10,000, can't be right? Unless many have not paid, shipping alone would be more than 2 mil... which would leave roughly 3 1/2 mil left for the cost of bikes and that's only $350 per bike... so forget the 10,000 ... fudging the numbers is the norm here...

59lbs by the bathroom scale sounds good to me, shoes on or off ?? So, why couldn't they have posted that? At GoSondors They still have 49 for the bike approx. 6 for the battery... Wishful thinking I guess...

Any RadRover contributors out there ?

Aaron, Did you reconnect the motor c/o wire to the fb lever, I'm guessing yes since the motor probably wouldn't turn on w/o it? Also, just wondering does the bike fit/ride comfortable for you, 'cause you look like a big guy if that's your pic?? I'm 6' 3 1/2.... hoping it's not to small...

Phrodos, I agree great customer service on the part of RR.. In your case your bike in a box is going to have traveled almost 2 thirds of the way around the world... hopefully it will be better packed... Our bikes, we have 2 only going 870 miles will probably suffer the same amount of ill...

Great job Nachoman... "During transit, the forks dug their way through the extra cardboard reinforcement to the point where it was exposed to the outside of the box." I would be bet this damage was done by UPS.. I've noticed they like to throw things around especially heavier ones... Looking...

George, If what you say is true and the bikes are being held for duty fees... UPS would pay the fees and pass it on to each buyer... something like that??

Hmm, I wonder whom Sondors is referring to in the "From there, we built a prototype ..." The prototype he must be talking about is Jon Hopp's 7000 watt chainless yellow and green bike... the "Demo, yellow and orange bike came later... I just drove past his house, Malibu I think... I guess I...

Any RadRover contributors out there ?

RS, You could go with one of those cast aluminum kickstands... they've been around for at least 30 years and bolt to the frame behind the center bracket... I think it's a better location ... more centered, more stable..?

George, I think shedding 10 pounds could be doable with a reg. fr. fork and 2" tire and wheels... I would be interested in adding weight, in the form of regen. braking... Not sure how, front hub or some sort of barrel generator, maybe with a center rib type tire??

"5 pPsi" probably wouldn't even turn that impact... I have a smaller one and it won't spin below 5o psi or so with any kind of torque... but hey, maybe they have it figured out?? I've read that many of the bikes coming out of china need to be checked for "tolerances.... I would double check...
