Sounds about right.. According to the ebycles sizing sheet, 19 1/2" is the proper size for one who is 6' 3" with 34" legs? 18" is "good" for a 6' with 32" legs... close enough but there's a broad range.

Right , no one is forced ... just deceived... and there is no mechanism in place to prevent or even limit this... at least not by IGG it would appear... KS does a bit better... IMHO....
