    Replacement controller options?

I run a 18 watt led that is extremely bright. If you don't hook it up wrong it will work with this controller. It can be done... Just don't him it up wrong...😑

    Twitchy with no-hands?

It does...I put 620mm bars on my XP and noticed a huge difference in control and twitchyness. It still fits in a Lowe’s box still as well. Best $20 and fifteen minutes changing them, you can do for a dramatic improvement.

Known Issues & Problems with Lectric eBikes Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Yeah I get it..could be more convenient.. Once you have done it a few times it becomes second nature. Reach under bike to approximate spot under bike, point key up, wiggle key and push up all while trying to look like you know what your doing.. and not stealing someone else's bike. Seriously it...

Not sure why they would change that. A car has the key in the ignition unless it’s key less ignition. Certainly more theft proof this way .

What's a good suspension seatpost plus seat option?

Buy the suntour suspension seat post. There's tons of info on this forum about it. 31.6 fits fine. It's a huge improvement. Buy on AliExpress. It's about$65 to $75

    Knobby tire and derailleur replacement

I replaced me tires at 2300km with Kenda. They are equivalent. The derailleur is a schimano tourney that is under$20 on AliExpress or Amazon. Its cheap and works well although somewhat clunky..I bought an extra just in case..

    Changing motor to 750W

Just because your bike unfortunately is riddled with problems doesn't mean the bike isn't designed for someone that's 200 lbs for hills. I'm 200 lbs and have no issue with the hills where I live. I just don't expect the bike to whisk me up a hill without me putting any effort in. That's not what...

    Lectric XP with out-of-round wheel

Now you're talking....use the forum for the info and do yourself.. Lectric XP with out-of-round wheel

You must have shares in bike stores. Not sure why you bought a bike from online as it sounds like you shoud have bought local and payed the extra money so you could support them. Cause you sure didn't when you ordered your bike online.

    Lectric XP with out-of-round wheel

It's actually not that expensive to get a wheel trued at at bike shop. I paid $20 to get mine trued as I had a few spokes that seemed off slightly.

    Long term ownership/long mileage tips...

I took the rear in to have checked. They always seemed a little looser than the front wheel. They were marginally looser than they could have been and were snugged up. The guy commented on how the spokes were so big he had to find a special spoke tool.... I don't do wheels 🚲

    Long term ownership/long mileage tips...

I have done it probably five times..I put it in a mason jar with lid and shake it and leave over nite. You don't have to leave over night though it comes clean quite quickly....I leave in the jar of oil as long as I have time for..over night is good also but unnecessary. In between I clean the...
