This is the one I mean. MY21 available in Canada now. My wife and I ordered at the end of August and just got them a few weeks ago but we haven’t been able to get out on them due to the weather.

My wife and I got our Giant Explore e+ Pro’s a few weeks back and both came with greased seat posts from factory.

I just got my Explore and the RideControl app a few weeks ago. Where in the app is the firmware upgrade option? The app updated itself to the latest v1.2.1 but I have not seen any options to upgrade the firmware for the bike.

My wife’s Explore e + Pro finally arrived. Weather cleared a bit today so managed a very short ride so that we could play around with set up and for her to get the feel of gears and assist. The grin was there for a while afterwards. 😊 Come on spring. 🙏

Also does not work on 2021 Giant Explore e+ 1 with the newer EVO display. No heart rate either.

From Shimano archived spec sheets Deore 9spd is 36T compatible.

The Giant Roam E+ might work for you. Listed at $2699 but independent bike stores might negotiate a better price. If you’re looking for a more MTB style then the Giant Talon E+ 29 2 but it is a bit more expensive. The Roam would be a better commuter though.

Hey Stefan. Maybe it is new for 2021 in the EU but I found Explore E+ Pro 45km/h models are advertised on Giant‘s websites for Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Hungary, Slovenia and Austria so far. Could be coming to Poland soon. 😉
