Hi Max, Could you explain a little more what you mean by the comment "we have reprogrammed the PAS Mode and it's senstitivity is lower than before. The greater the pressure the faster the speed" Is it possible for us to reset the programming back to the original?

I'm getting some kind of noise, grinding perhaps, from the front brake area at times, particularly on downhills. There also seems to be a slight wobble in the front tire when braking. Any suggestions?

I just got my bike, and generally am happy, but I got the Tourney derailleur and not the Altus. How do I get this rectified? The bike doesn’t shift correctly, randomly changes gears, skips gears etc. Thanks in advance for any help!
