I would advise checking over all nuts and screws from time to time. When I built mine up from new I made sure everything was tight. Have used many times now and still find the odd thing that comes loose, especially after using off road.

When the battery gets to 50% and power cuts out you could check with a multimeter across the battery pins with the battery disconected to see what the actual voltage reading is. Maybe the controller is reading the battery voltage incorrectly, thinking it has less voltage than it actually has. I...

I have the 27.5 wheels, the speeds you are getting are the same as mine. Like you the throttle is a great addition ,there is also no more lag, which you got with the original L7 display.Using the throttle and pedalling at the same time on pas 6 gets you away from a junction pretty quick.

I wonder if anyone has run to the point when the power cut off, and if the screen was still powered up and lights still showing on battery.

I tend to go by the lights on the Battery, try to make sure not to far from home when only one light lit.

There is no spray up from front mudguards. There are options if you wish to have a longer rear. I would rather sacrifice a bit of protection for the look I wanted.

Set on power- Throttle and Pas at at max speed. To achieve 22mph you would need to pedal really hard in gear 21.Throttle at 18mph max without pedalling.

Hi, are you really getting to 22mph,mine seems to be around 18mph on PAS 6 with light pedal pressure. Throttle about the same.
