Is it true that the throttle isn't regulated on this bike?

From what I can see, only the wheel size and voltage can be changed (gives me the option of 24, 36 or 48)

OK, found the code on an Amazon review and was able to change wheel sizes and do some freewheel test spins. I can defnitely see a difference, but of course the speedo is off, so I'll have to do GPS and SOTP tests tomorrow
