About 2000 now. I got the bike in October 2020.

I went for about a 35 mile ride today on the CrossTour. Motor cut out more than 10 times. The frequency seems to be increasing. Maybe its heat related since its getting warmer out (70s) and the frequency of cut outs seems higher near the end of the ride.

In installed the new display and cables that Pushkar sent on my CrossTour. It did not fix the problem. The motor will still randomly cut out if I stop pedaling for a moment. I was able to get motor power back sometimes while leaving the display on by decreasing the power level to 0 for a few...

Both the throttle and pedal assist go dead randomly for no apparent reason. It only happens when I stop pedaling for a moment.

No, the problem persists and is unchanged. Pushkar is sending me a cable and display to switch out to see if that fixes the problem. I'll post here if that eliminates the problem.

How difficult is it to change out the motor enclosure? Is there a video showing the entire process?

I've had the CrossTour for a few months and have about 1,100 miles on it. I'm pretty happy with it. The throttle comes in very handy when trying to get started up a very steep slope. I recommend it if your doing trail riding in hilly or mountainous areas.

Can you substitute 65mm rims instead of 80?

Accurate battery voltage along with % battery should be a standard feature. Number 4 - navigation from phone on the display - would be my preferred bonus feature.
