Going to document my weight loss

Bumping this thead as I am about 10 days into Keto combined with daily workouts at the gym and elimination of beer. I am also trying to intermittent fast trying to wait 16 hours after my last meal of the day to when I have my breakfast the next day. Also, I bike about 5 miles each day and try to...

Poll - Did you upgrade from Cadence Sensing to Torque Sensing?

We've kicked this dead horse now for a long time, but I agree with Jeremy-the throttle is a must have for me. I'm not as strong and agile as I used to be and perhaps getting longer in the tooth. My throttle has pulled my out of tight situations like starting from dead stop on slight uphill...

    Level 2

Ok, figured it out. There is a small black rubber dome that came right off with a little help from my tiny screwdriver..

    Level 2

Help! How do I remove the protective cover/cap to access the screw under this little dome on Level 2? I think I did it with Sport but I don't remember. Pry it off with small screwdriver? My goal is to tighten the screw underneath as I feel wobble...

    Step-Thru

Frame looks similar to my Level 2. I like the handlebars on the Photon Pro. Wonder if they would fit Level?

    Passed on a Dragster!

Air cooled Porsche 911 for peanuts back in 2012. I had 2 kids in college and did the PPI and didn't pull the trigger. Kinda still haunts me...

why you talkin about my balls?

    Are my assumptions correct?

Do you want to pedal or do you want to ghost pedal? If you want to pedal get a TS bike and if you want to go fast and pretend to pedal get a CS bike. Sorry to reduce it to the ridiculous, but that just about sums it up...

    Anyone get glasses at Costco?

I have been using Zenni Optical online for about 3 years for my reading and sun glasses. They are great. Just upload your prescription and pick out your frame and lenses. Very easy process. I use the Optician in Wal Mart and I think I pay 50 bucks for a checkup and RX update...

"Best advice for new ebike riders" from us

Agree with the left side mirror-must have. The other thing newbies should understand about riding their new ebikes is to assume every car and truck on the road does not see you riding your shiny new bike. They are either on their phones, in a hurry or flat out don't see cyclists period. I was...

Poll - Did you upgrade from Cadence Sensing to Torque Sensing?

I have had both. There is a place for both. For effortless cruising around, the cadence has been great. For a little better exercise and more of a bike riding experience, the torque stands out. I do like the aspect of torque that rewards the rider for putting effort in. I'm hoping the torque...

"Best advice for new ebike riders" from us

Here's my 2 cents after owning a few ebikes over the last 3+ years. Buy an ebike and ride the s*it out of it. Lube the chain and keep the tires inflated. Don't worry about how to charge the battery, and most of the advice offered on these boards. These are bikes. Too many get paralyzed by over...

    Level 2

I tend to think the bike is closer to 62 than 52. Especially when I have my Topeak bag with Ulock and water bottle, tools etc. and then it is probably closer to 70. My CC was really heavy...

    Level 2

I think I figured the weight discrepancy. On the Aventon website, they list the Level 2 at 53 lbs. That is without the battery. So it is probably a 63 lb bike!
