I think Wings are Strom (Danish) knock-offs or at least the same Chinese sub. The Strom M and W are very similar to the Wing Freedom 2 and Freedom ST.

Even if the Luna was 45 without... the XP Lite is 46 with... so still a lighter bike.

I agree... the XP Lite is a great casual, entry level city (ie mostly flat) fun/commuter bike that you can transport without a bike rack (and for most eBikes, you need a heavy duty bike rack). Edit: I meant you can transport *without* a bike rack.
