i have a 2019 explore e+ 3, and I use eco mode 95% of the time. I can get around 100KM on eco mode.

I am 100% agreed mtl_biker on the rack. I purchased the rack separately on my 19 e+3, it's suepr sturdy. My MEC world tour pannier fit on it perfectly.

I m from the same camp. THose display make the ebike more like a motocycle than a bike. I think the non display is brilliant, and also help to keep riders to focus on the road rather than stats

i primarily rely on the 5 LED indication light for battery tracking

i have a 2019 explore e+3, also like you it doesn't come with a display on the handle bar. I used the Giant app 5 - 6 times, it was able to record my rides fine. However, i was either using it on the background and just shut off the screen, and never try to leave the screen on during riding.

Do you guys use the tire lever to replace the tires? I notice there warning on the bike that by using a tire lever you might damage the rim and the tire

so the speed calibration will be off when you use a different size tire on the Giant Explore?

Giant Canada now have the revolt on the website. https://www.giant-bicycles.com/ca/revolt-eplus-pro-2020 This supposed to the replacement for the toughroad e+, but the toughroad comes with the energypak 500 battery, wheras the revolt only comes with the energypak 375. I guess that's the trend...

same, i find normal is plenty of power. I tuned eco to 70% assist via the app, and I stay in eco 90% of time. My battery is usually at 48% when I get home from work, the round trip is around 48KM
