Thx for the update ,, so 17 miles using heavy throttle which is a battery drainer and still 48v left isn't to bad at all , if you get even 40 miles throttle only pas you should easily double that,, the increased mph is good and probably due to less battery sag and samsung cells keep outputting...

Some chargers cut off earlier , charge with 4amp then plug 3amp in and see if it charges more ,, you could always check with a multimeter from both chargers
