You can't just replace a controller. They both (stock and x1) need calibrating. Not a DIY job!

Sorry for the late reply. 27.5X4.5 is really not that much bigger. More then enough clearance. The Ultra has a 3500W controller. So I went for a 14S5P battery with 30Q's

197x12 hub spacing. You can also fit 27.5 x 4.5 Fatbike wheels.

Been there done that. That sanding was a hell of a job :-)
